About the role

  • Client onboarding process for new accounts, including digital platform setup, EMR integrations, and workflow education
  • Resolve client inquiries, provide issue resolution and ongoing digital utilization support
  • Partner with Digital Sales Consultants for account growth through regular communication
  • Monitor client engagement, addressing gaps in adoption
  • Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot and submit daily reports on activities

Requirements

  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, EMR workflows, and laboratory processes preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), communication tools, and reporting
  • Experience in medical sales, pathology, dermatology, or digital health solutions preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related field
