About the role
- Client onboarding process for new accounts, including digital platform setup, EMR integrations, and workflow education
- Resolve client inquiries, provide issue resolution and ongoing digital utilization support
- Partner with Digital Sales Consultants for account growth through regular communication
- Monitor client engagement, addressing gaps in adoption
- Maintain accurate client records in HubSpot and submit daily reports on activities
Requirements
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital platforms, EMR workflows, and laboratory processes preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), communication tools, and reporting
- Experience in medical sales, pathology, dermatology, or digital health solutions preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related field
