About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Server & infrastructure management: Maintenance and continuous optimization of our Windows Server environment
Virtualization: Deployment and administration of virtualized systems based on VMware vSphere
Endpoint management: Further development and administration of our endpoints using the Baramundi Management Suite and Microsoft Intune
Support: 2nd- and 3rd-level support for our internal IT services
Project work: Active participation in the planning, coordination, and implementation of exciting IT projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT training or an equivalent qualification, plus several years of professional experience in the IT field
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID and Intune, demonstrated through practical experience and relevant certifications
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DFS and PowerShell
Knowledge in the deployment, administration and troubleshooting of Citrix (including ADC/Netscaler) and Microsoft Exchange, demonstrated by practical experience or relevant certifications
Experience with automated software distribution on client and server systems
Practical knowledge of incident and request management processes
Confident use of modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
