About the role

  • You work as part of a team on the crucial foundation for laboratory collaboration: you receive incoming sample material, centrifuge and document it carefully, and then distribute it correctly.
  • You are responsible for the preanalytical processing of all incoming orders.
  • If an order is unclear, you contact the sender to clarify the situation.
  • Using various sample distribution devices, including a modern track system, you assign the material reliably.
  • Depending on the order, you then send samples to our partner laboratories.
  • You also ensure that our high quality standards as well as hygiene and safety regulations are observed at all times.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as a BTA (Biological Technical Assistant), CTA (Chemical Technical Assistant), MFA (Medical Assistant) or a similar qualification (m/f/d)
  • Willingness to work shift patterns (early and late shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays) — no night shifts
  • Laboratory experience is an advantage but not required
  • Above all, you are a committed, reliable person who enjoys taking responsibility, is keen to learn, and works with a strong team to deliver excellent service to others.
