About the role

  • Analysis of key metrics to calculate purchasing returns
  • Automation and digitization of processes
  • Development of simulation models and preparation of forecasts for business and revenue development
  • Risk analysis and development of early warning systems
  • Regular reporting and improvement of procurement-related performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support for procurement projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on Finance and/or Controlling
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement controlling, ideally in the diagnostics industry
  • Knowledge of a laboratory procurement organisation and of products/reagents used in laboratories is an advantage
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a quick grasp of complex issues
  • Conscientious, efficient and resilient team-oriented working style with a strong commitment to service
  • Proactive, independent and structured approach to work
  • Solution-oriented thinking and actions with a focus on achieving objectives
