About the role

  • Create new and further develop existing web-based, innovative software solutions for the healthcare sector
  • Requirements and system analysis, software design, implementation, and ongoing development of software products as part of a team
  • Evaluate new technologies and develop prototypes
  • Test systems and support the support team during system deployment
  • Assist the support team with complex troubleshooting and 3rd-level support

Requirements

  • IT-oriented vocational training and/or degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic knowledge of Java development
  • Experience with JasperReports, GWT/Sencha GXT, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and MariaDB is desirable
  • Familiarity with common development tools (Eclipse, Maven)
  • Independent development of web applications with a strong focus on quality
  • Methodical, goal-oriented working style, analytical skills, and a high willingness to learn
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
