About the role

  • Prepare and conduct internal audits, perform data analyses, and provide advisory support in Finance/Operations, e.g., procurement, accounting, healthcare billing, and HR/payroll in our partner laboratories (independently and as part of a team)
  • Prepare reports, document recommended actions, and follow up on activities
  • Maintain close, trusted collaboration through active listening and solution-oriented actions with all laboratory locations in Europe as well as with the corporate headquarters in Sydney
  • Ensure constructive and respectful communication with all stakeholders, including in challenging situations
  • Serve as a competent and trusted point of contact for process-related questions across the entire corporate group

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent; ideally with a focus on Finance
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in process analysis, preferably within Finance (procurement, accounting — accounts payable and receivable — and payroll)
  • Structured, analytical, and highly independent working style
  • Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and cross-functional competency, i.e., high emotional intelligence and empathy when working with diverse personalities and cultures
  • Stress resilience and a professional demeanor in complex situations
  • Ability to present critical findings in a respectful and persuasive manner
  • Willingness to travel (25%)
  • German (C1) and business-fluent English (B2–C1) — French or other European languages are a plus
  • CIA certification desirable (or immediate willingness to pursue further training)
