About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You qualify incoming inbound leads, analyze their needs, and schedule initial meetings for the Sales team.
- You reactivate inactive, lost, or dormant leads in the CRM to rekindle interest.
- You closely support trial users to successfully convert them into concrete sales opportunities.
- You contact and qualify leads generated through webinars, industry events, and marketing campaigns.
- You proactively source new customers with a focus on high-value dental groups and strategic key accounts.
- You analyze target customers and identify the key decision-makers in practices and clinics.
- You ensure complete, accurate documentation of your activities and lead statuses in the CRM (HubSpot).
- You work closely with Sales and Marketing to continuously optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of proven success in Sales Development, Business Development, or a comparable sales role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication skills and complete confidence and professionalism on the phone.
- Highly proactive, resilient, and results-oriented — you have the drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent self-organization, a structured working style, and strong attention to detail.
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1), both written and spoken.
