About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consults and supports assigned hotels focusing on revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and brand program execution
Conducts on-property business performance consultative visits with hotel owners/operators in assigned region
Analyzes, develops, and delivers Business Performance 360 reviews and business improvement recommendations
Conducts periodic training on-property and at Brand Conferences
Monitors and follows-up with hotels regarding completion of action items
Partners with hotels to develop and deliver booked and qualified sales leads
Engages in resolution of escalated owner/operator feedback regarding brand performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years professional multi-unit hotel operations and revenue generation leadership
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
Proficient knowledge of desktop productivity tools including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with electronic scheduling and e-mail systems
Knowledge of business intelligence analysis tools
Proficiency in CRM account management systems
Preference for SynXis CR & Travelclick Agency 360
