About the role
- Consults and supports assigned hotels focusing on revenue performance, guest satisfaction, and brand program execution
- Conducts on-property business performance consultative visits with hotel owners/operators in assigned region
- Analyzes, develops, and delivers Business Performance 360 reviews and business improvement recommendations
- Conducts periodic training on-property and at Brand Conferences
- Monitors and follows-up with hotels regarding completion of action items
- Partners with hotels to develop and deliver booked and qualified sales leads
- Engages in resolution of escalated owner/operator feedback regarding brand performance
Requirements
- 10+ years professional multi-unit hotel operations and revenue generation leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Proficient knowledge of desktop productivity tools including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with electronic scheduling and e-mail systems
- Knowledge of business intelligence analysis tools
- Proficiency in CRM account management systems
- Preference for SynXis CR & Travelclick Agency 360
