About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers
  • Route requests to sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams
  • Provide real-time status updates on orders, deliveries, and general inquiries
  • Process branch expense reports and resolve discrepancies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or operations support role
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office
  • Ability to operate a computer and phone
  • Customer-oriented mindset toward internal and external customers
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English verbally or by using a keyboard for written communication
