About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Successfully manage a caseload of 2,000 providers to grow their business with SonderMind, inclusive of dormant, steady and high growth providers
Proactively identify areas for providers to grow their caseloads, increase performance metrics and retain their relationships with SonderMind
Collaboratively develop innovative solutions for encouraging providers to choose SonderMind as their partner of choice
And other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects from time to time based on business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with a high-volume of inbound inquiries, external outreach, and a large number of relationships
Self-starter, takes initiative and adapts to changing demands
Brings a positive and professional attitude to work every day
Growth mindset, always ready to learn and apply new strategies or approaches
Superior attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience utilizing data to drive insight and action
Experience with a CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Experience working for a high growth company (healthcare industry preferred)
Comfortable navigating difficult situations with customers
