About the role
- Lead the discovery and execution of internal tools and products that utilize AI agents to automate complex health insurance RCM and Support workflows.
- Work closely with the Support and Revenue Operations organization to identify operational bottlenecks and build product solutions.
- Conduct high-impact research to capture how internal teams and external users interact with RCM processes, ensuring product solutions meet real-world needs, with a specific focus on enhancement and integration of AI technologies.
- Craft a clear roadmap for features that deliver against the product vision while driving measurable business impact across customer care and RCM.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, and Engineering to provide visibility into the development process and ship high-quality, consistent experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience within fast-growing teams.
- 5+ years of deep experience with Health Insurance Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including billing, posting, and accounts receivables.
- Proven experience or deep understanding of building products that leverage AI agents or Generative AI to automate business processes.
- Strong history of working closely with Support or Revenue Operations teams to build internal tooling.
- A self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to leverage technology for operational excellence.
- Ability to articulate complex technical AI solutions and RCM problems to diverse stakeholders.
