About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide on-site technical support to SONDA clients, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on microcomputer equipment;
  • Install, configure, diagnose and maintain hardware and software;
  • Support desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals and other IT equipment;
  • Maintain and support thermal printers and Zebra printers;
  • Perform installation, configuration, formatting and image deployment on Windows devices;
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office and other corporate applications;
  • Perform Remote Hands activities, supporting infrastructure tasks, structured cabling, switches and routers;
  • Log, track and close technical tickets, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs);
  • Manage inventory of parts, equipment and materials used during service calls;
  • Ensure proper transport, storage and control of equipment and parts under your responsibility;
  • Work with different SONDA clients as operational demand requires, without being dedicated exclusively to a single project;
  • Maintain a high level of service quality, delivering an excellent customer experience and following established processes and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or completed technical course in Information Technology or related area (required);
  • University degree in Information Technology completed or in progress (preferred);
  • Experience providing field technical support;
  • Experience maintaining microcomputer hardware and software;
  • Knowledge of desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals;
  • Experience with thermal and Zebra printers;
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, formatting and image deployment;
  • Knowledge of client-server networks, structured cabling, switches and routers;
  • Experience with in-person end-user support;
  • Knowledge of inventory control for parts and equipment;
  • Experience with ticketing tools and meeting SLAs;
  • Valid Category B driver’s license (CNH);
  • Own car for travel (motorcycles not accepted);
  • Availability to travel up to 100 km;
  • Have physical space at home to store parts and equipment;
  • Residence in São Paulo’s South Zone, preferably in Diadema or nearby areas;
  • Technical certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft or similar (a plus);
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, GLPI or OTRS (a plus);
  • Knowledge of commercial automation/point-of-sale (POS) systems (a plus);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (a plus);
  • Dynamic, proactive, organized and committed profile (a plus);
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow processes and Ticket Managers’ instructions (a plus);
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction (a plus).
