About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, installation, and relocation of multifunction and multi-brand printers.
  • Provide microcomputer support and perform Remote Hands activities when required.
  • Respond to on-site service calls at client locations, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Log all service activities in the system, including technical reports, photographic evidence, and client sign-off.
  • Escalate to N3 support teams for analysis and replacement of parts when necessary.
  • Manage local inventory, spare parts, backup equipment, and reverse logistics.
  • Submit expense reports for travel-related costs (fuel, tolls, parking, etc.).
  • Maintain care of equipment, tools, and the vehicle used for activities.
  • Participate in company-provided technical training and maintain ongoing communication with the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid full Category B (or higher) driver’s license.
  • Access to a garage or secure parking to store the company vehicle (when leased).
  • Experience in field technical support.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, computer hardware/software, and networking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reside in the city where the position is located.
  • Availability for frequent travel and long daily commutes.
