About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, installation, and relocation of multi-function and multi-brand printers.
Provide IT support and perform Remote Hands tasks when necessary.
Respond to on-site service calls at client locations, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Log all service calls in the system, including technical reports, photographic evidence, and client sign-off.
Engage N3 (Tier 3) support teams for analysis and parts replacement when necessary.
Manage local inventory, spare parts, backup equipment, and reverse logistics.
Reconcile and report travel expenses (fuel, tolls, parking, etc.).
Maintain equipment, tools, and the vehicle used for duties.
Participate in company technical training and maintain ongoing communication with the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid Category B driver's license (Brazilian CNH) or higher.
Ability to provide garage space to store the company vehicle (if leased).
Experience in field service / on-site technical support.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, IT, and networks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Reside in the city where the position is based.
Availability for frequent travel and long daily commutes.
