About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a bachelor's degree.

- Strong reading comprehension.
- Comfortable conducting user interviews and understanding processes.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level).
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Knowledge of Jira.
- Knowledge of Confluence.
- Experience with technical documentation, process documentation or knowledge management.
- Experience in AMS (Application Management Services), Service Desk or technology environments.
