Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong reading comprehension.
  • Comfortable conducting user interviews and understanding processes.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level).
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Knowledge of Jira.
  • Knowledge of Confluence.
  • Experience with technical documentation, process documentation or knowledge management.
  • Experience in AMS (Application Management Services), Service Desk or technology environments.
