About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a functional SAP SD specialist on implementation and enhancement projects.
Provide technical leadership for initiatives related to the SAP SD module.
Lead requirements gathering and solution design activities.
Support project planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
Ensure solutions adhere to SAP best practices and meet business needs.
Support project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, quality, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to functional specifications, testing, user acceptance and go-live activities.
Collaborate with technical teams, functional consultants and clients throughout all project phases.
Support integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a STEM field or a related area.
Experience as a SAP SD Functional Consultant in SAP projects.
Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement or support projects.
Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques.
Experience producing functional specifications.
Understanding of integration between SAP modules.
Familiarity with PMBOK and/or Agile methodologies.
Experience in SAP transformation and implementation projects.
Official SAP training in the SD module or equivalent certification is required.
Technical leadership experience.
