About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installation and configuration of equipment;
- Onsite and remote technical support;
- Preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Replacement of parts and equipment;
- Handling technical service requests/tickets;
- Support for notebooks, desktops, printers, and peripherals;
- Work on basic IT infrastructure;
- Monitoring and coordination of vendors and third-party technicians;
- Recording service calls and maintaining evidence;
- IT asset management;
- Ensuring SLA compliance and quality of service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma;
- Experience with onsite and remote technical support;
- Knowledge of maintenance for notebooks, desktops, printers, and peripherals;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networks;
- Experience with equipment installation and configuration;
- Organized, with experience in ticket logging and asset control;
- Proactive profile, focused on problem resolution and meeting SLAs.
