About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support to clients, onsite or remotely, for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
  • Log, track, and update tickets, ensuring compliance with established procedures and deadlines.
  • Advise users on the correct use of equipment and applications.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations and peripherals.
