About the role
- Support and assist the technical team in developing the solution, ensuring the final product adheres to the technical and functional specifications.
- Provide support for carrying out adjustments, fixes, and minor improvements that the client considers do not require the technical team's involvement.
- Provide support services throughout the project and prior to production.
- Deliver services that require commitment, both as an individual and as a member of the team.
- Demonstrate execution capability and knowledge relevant to the role.
- Manage databases, basic applications, and possess knowledge of web technologies.
- Have specific experience implementing solutions and system integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or an Exact Sciences field, recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC).
- Experience developing analytics solutions on the adopted platforms (e.g., SAP Basis and Power BI).
