About the role

  • Corrective and preventive maintenance, installation and relocation of multi-function, multi-brand printers.
  • General PC and IT support.
  • Remote hands support when required.
  • Complete all technical training provided, in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with service and resolution SLAs.
  • Update and communicate the status and progress of your tickets with the ticket management team, maintaining constant communication.
  • Document all performed activities accurately and comprehensively.
  • Complete technical service reports in the ticket management app.
  • Photographic records of services provided, evidencing completion of the service.
  • Mandatory collection of client signature/approval for the executed service.
  • Manage, control and inventory parts and components under your responsibility and of the local stock/storage, if applicable.
  • Request replacement parts, handle reverse logistics, and maintain and repair your backup equipment.
  • Field service, including travel to the client's site for on-site support.
  • Manage travel expenses, including completion of travel spreadsheets and recording fuel, parking, tolls, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum: technical high school diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with laser printers.
