About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including issuance, recording, control and monitoring of receivables and invoices;
  • Be responsible for payment settlements and reconciliations of receivables, including bank statement verification and handling of remittances and bank returns;
  • Execute active B2B collections, conduct negotiations and manage the collections workflow (dunning process);
  • Analyze the receivables portfolio, monitor delinquency and propose actions to improve performance indicators;
  • Prepare management reports and support cash flow planning based on receipt data;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Registration and Billing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
  • Proven experience in B2B collections and accounts receivable;
  • Proficiency in settlement routines, bank reconciliation and receivables processes;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Alterdata is a plus);
  • Analytical ability, organizational skills, a sense of urgency and strong negotiation skills;
  • Good communication and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams.
