About the role

  • Develop and refine the commercial process (SLAs, stages, funnel, cadence).
  • Create inbound and outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement sales best practices.
  • Commercial analysis and intelligence.
  • Analyze data, forecasts and market trends.
  • Create executive reports with performance insights and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT.
  • Knowledge of the CRM sales market and its main players.
  • Previous experience managing sales teams and with HubSpot products.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (pipelines, workflows, dashboards, automations).
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels and commercial methodologies (SPIN, BANT, GPCT).
  • Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • English fluency required.
