About the role
- Develop and refine the commercial process (SLAs, stages, funnel, cadence).
- Create inbound and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement sales best practices.
- Commercial analysis and intelligence.
- Analyze data, forecasts and market trends.
- Create executive reports with performance insights and opportunities.
- Monitor CAC, LTV, conversion by stage and other key indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT.
- Knowledge of the CRM sales market and its main players.
- Previous experience managing sales teams and with HubSpot products.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (pipelines, workflows, dashboards, automations).
- Solid understanding of sales funnels and commercial methodologies (SPIN, BANT, GPCT).
- Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- English fluency required.
