About the role
- Act as the point of contact between the CLIENT and the CONTRACTOR regarding the activities performed.
- Act as a facilitator within the team.
- Support the team's workflow: maintain control of processes and activities, ensure the quality of services delivered, and perform planning and control of service execution.
- Manage the contracted technical team, providing instructions, guidance and standards for the execution of activities.
- Propose changes to routines and technical procedures aimed at cost optimization, rationalization, innovation and process improvement.
- Ensure the security of all information to which they have access.
- Deliver incident reports in accordance with CLIENT requirements.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Information Technology, or a higher education degree with a minimum 360-hour extension/continuing education course in Information Technology.
- Experience in team management.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
