About the role

  • Contribute to the design and development of end-to-end digital products.
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops, developing hypotheses and concepts with stakeholders and clients.
  • Map target audiences and define personas.
  • Define key product metrics, monitor results, and propose studies and continuous improvements based on data.
  • Plan visual improvements for digital products (heuristics, composition, information hierarchy, typography, etc.) and document them (flowcharts, user journeys, design system, etc.).
  • Architect information (content distribution, navigation and usage flows, etc.).
  • Create functional prototypes to support experience validation (from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience working as a Designer.
  • Experience with a variety of design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, among others).
  • Familiarity with agile team methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Experience-focused mindset with emphasis on accessibility and inclusion.
  • Nice to have: experience working with banking institutions.
