About the role
- Perform administrative tasks and provide support to the division and/or team members.
- Answer calls, take messages, and prepare letters, expense reports, purchase requests and other administrative documents.
- Keep the filing system up to date.
- Assist in preparing reports, charts and presentations using spreadsheets.
- Coordinate travel and manage the calendar.
- Organize internal division matters, meetings and coffee breaks.
- Keep organizational charts and distribution lists up to date.
- Manage and track assets.
- Serve as a source of information on the organization's policies and procedures.
- Provide support to other administrative staff.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (experience with Excel).
- Preferred: technical administrative studies and/or tertiary technical education or equivalent.
