About the role

  • Perform administrative tasks and provide support to the division and/or team members.
  • Answer calls, take messages, and prepare letters, expense reports, purchase requests and other administrative documents.
  • Keep the filing system up to date.
  • Assist in preparing reports, charts and presentations using spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate travel and manage the calendar.
  • Organize internal division matters, meetings and coffee breaks.
  • Keep organizational charts and distribution lists up to date.
  • Manage and track assets.
  • Serve as a source of information on the organization's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (experience with Excel).
