About the role

  • Work in a critical, high-performance environment, providing specialized support and contributing to the continuous evolution of our DevOps pipelines;
  • Propose standards and patterns, technically validating solutions to ensure the quality of delivered products;
  • Be responsible for the overall administration of the processes for integrating technological solutions into the company, considering infrastructure capacity, necessary quality validations, and maximizing application usage in pursuit of continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate directly or indirectly in the design, procurement, implementation and support of technological solutions;
  • Ensure infrastructure capacity is maintained at appropriate levels, taking growth projections into account.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
  • Strong collaborative, analytical and proactive profile;
  • Skills in: GitHub + ArgoCD / GitOps;
  • Deep knowledge of modern automation and continuous delivery practices: advanced Git/GitHub, including GitHub Actions and branching strategies;
  • Advanced GitOps, with mastery of concepts, best practices and end-to-end operation;
  • Advanced ArgoCD, including sync, auto-sync, hooks, rollback, security and troubleshooting;
  • Advanced Kubernetes, with hands-on experience in GitOps pipelines;
  • Docker, with strong command of builds, image optimization and versioning;
  • Observability, log analysis and troubleshooting in pipelines and clusters;
  • Solid understanding of version control as the core of the application lifecycle (true GitOps);
  • Ability to design, operate and evolve GitHub Actions + ArgoCD pipelines in a secure and scalable manner;
  • Azure DevOps (ADO);
  • Experience creating and maintaining automated pipelines for: build, audits and inspections, testing, release and application deployment;
  • Desirable practical development experience with some of the mentioned stacks: OKD / Red Hat OpenShift;
  • Presentation layer experience: configuration, optimization and support of Nginx and Apache servers;
  • Proficiency in JBoss EAP (version 6.x or higher);
  • Experience in complex environments involving: different DBMSs, CICS platform, MQ, LDAP, SSO / Keycloak (Red Hat);
  • Monitoring, observability and quality tools: GrayLog, Grafana, SonarQube; DevOps culture.
