About the role

  • Provide support and operate DevOps pipelines based on GitOps.
  • Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines in a secure and scalable manner.
  • Troubleshoot pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and applications.
  • Support development and infrastructure teams in complex environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps engineer.
  • Advanced Git/GitHub skills, including GitHub Actions and branching strategies.
  • Advanced GitOps with Argo CD (sync, auto-sync, rollback, security, and troubleshooting).
  • Advanced Kubernetes skills, with hands-on experience in GitOps-based pipelines.
  • Docker (builds, image versioning, and image optimization).
  • Azure DevOps (ADO) – creating and maintaining pipelines (build, testing, audits, and deployment).
  • Experience with stacks: Java (JBoss, Quarkus, Spring), .NET, Angular/Node.js, IIS, OKD / Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Administration of pods, containers, and Kubernetes resources.
  • Linux, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Git.
  • Configuration and support of Nginx and Apache.
  • JBoss EAP (6.x or higher).
  • Observability and monitoring: Graylog, Grafana, SonarQube.
  • Experience with environments involving: various DBMSs, CICS, MQ, LDAP, SSO / Keycloak (Red Hat).
  • Desired knowledge: Shell scripting, Python, Terraform or another Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tool.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
