About the role

  • Track and perform corrective actions according to procedures within job workflows (UC4 and SAP).
  • Operate demand control tools following established procedures.
  • Monitor the environment using provided tools to identify and resolve issues.
  • Handle service tickets, including incidents and service requests.
  • Understand and diagnose critical incidents that may require initiating a crisis response.
  • Support technical crisis management by providing analysis and assistance to the teams involved.
  • Work in compliance with security standards and procedures to ensure obtaining and/or maintaining company and client certifications.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in configuration, maintenance and complex troubleshooting within the specific technology tower (Networks, Cloud, Servers, etc.).
  • Ability to lead crisis resolution (Major Incidents) and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
  • Experience applying patches and updates, and executing Change Management projects with detailed technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools and scripting (Python/PowerShell) to automate tasks and optimize operations.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to other support levels and translate the technical impact of decisions for business stakeholders.
