About the role

  • Technical knowledge of hardware.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Respond to and resolve tickets within the contracted SLAs.
  • Perform maintenance on microcomputer equipment (notebooks, desktops, projectors) and high-volume printers.
  • Install and configure Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and Exchange.
  • Set up meeting rooms and videoconference systems: preventive maintenance, testing, cable management, projectors, following checklists.
  • Provide incident support and resolution; log tickets (opening, interventions, and closure).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Provide technical support to ICT users through a Service Desk/Service Center.
