About the role
- Technical knowledge of hardware.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Respond to and resolve tickets within the contracted SLAs.
- Perform maintenance on microcomputer equipment (notebooks, desktops, projectors) and high-volume printers.
- Install and configure Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and Exchange.
- Set up meeting rooms and videoconference systems: preventive maintenance, testing, cable management, projectors, following checklists.
- Provide incident support and resolution; log tickets (opening, interventions, and closure).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Provide technical support to ICT users through a Service Desk/Service Center.
