• Work on the design and evolution of digital products, from discovery through delivery.
• Lead co-creation activities, hypothesis definition, and validation with stakeholders.
• Map user journeys, target audiences, and personas, proposing user-centered solutions.
• Develop flows, journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and functional prototypes.
• Ensure adherence to usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and the institutional Design System.
• Support the evolution and standardization of Banestes' Design System.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and analyses based on product metrics.
• Collaborate with business teams, technology, Product Owners (PO), QA, and developers.
• Execute structured handoffs with clear specifications for development.
• Work following agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
