Support Engineer

• Provide first-level technical and functional support to customers.
• Analyze, identify, and resolve customer issues related to the applications or platforms they use.
• Analyze and interpret customer inquiries to determine the issue and resolve or route them appropriately.
• Escalate issues within agreed timeframes to second- and third-level support.
• Respond to customer queries and provide information, guidance, or instructions.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction regarding all reported issues.
• Respond to and record customer inquiries in the available management systems.
• Collaborate internally with solution teams to address customer inquiries and resolve reported issues.
• Manage configuration and changes in existing systems and in development projects for new solutions.
