About the role
- Maintenance and support of microcomputer hardware and software: desktops, laptops, and servers.
Requirements
- Minimum: technical high school diploma in Computer Science/IT or related areas.
- Higher education in Technology preferred (completed or in progress).
- Experience servicing thermal printers, including Zebra models.
- Proficiency with Windows 10, system imaging/formatting, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of client-server networks and structured cabling for organization, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of routers and switches for remote-hands tasks.
- Familiarity with service routines aimed at meeting SLAs.
- Ability to manage kit/parts inventory and backups.
- Valid driver's license (CNH) and own car for travel (mileage reimbursement); motorcycles are not accepted.
- Availability to work a 12x36 daytime schedule with the possibility of on-call shifts outside regular working hours.
