About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own assigned projects from planning through completion
Build and maintain detailed project plans across multiple concurrent, complex tech/SaaS initiatives, tracking milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies
Establish owners, mitigation plans, and escalation paths to prevent delivery delays
Coordinate across Engineering Directors, Product Managers, Tech Leads, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support
Align deliverables and resolve cross-segment dependencies
Maintain visibility into milestones, status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and scope or timeline changes
Provide concise and actionable updates to Product and Engineering leadership
Host regular syncs and manage ongoing communications
Remove blockers for engineering and product teams
Drive timely resolution of cross-functional decisions, document outcomes, and escalate unresolved issues
Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual administrative overhead, and optimize operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in technical Project Management within SaaS or technology companies
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional tech and data projects with multiple dependencies
Comfortable working with Engineering and Product teams and understanding APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture dependencies, and software delivery processes at a project-management level
Ability to turn ambiguous or loosely defined initiatives into structured execution plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes
Ability to synthesize complex project information into concise, actionable updates for Directors and senior leadership, including risks, tradeoffs, and decisions needed
Active user of AI tools and automation strategies to optimize day-to-day project workflows
Experience using modern project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace or equivalent platforms
Must be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, remote environment
PMP certification is desired, but not mandatory
