About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and operational force multiplier for Sonatype’s Go-To-Market (GTM) executive leadership.
- Align strategic priorities, drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
- Manage GTM operational cadence, ensuring leadership's vision translates into measurable business growth.
- Establish, manage, and continuously optimize the operating cadence across the Marketing, Sales, and Product organizations.
- Drive completion of key cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of total experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with at least 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, Strategy/Operations, Sales Ops, or Management Consulting role.
- Deep understanding of software GTM models, Pipeline Mechanics, Sales stages, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and marketing conversion funnels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of moving complex, ambiguous projects from ideation to execution.
- Ability to build strong relationships, navigate corporate dynamics, and influence senior leaders across functions without direct authority.
- Strong capability to turn raw data into strategic narratives, paired with elite slide-building and presentation design skills.
