Key responsibilities & impact

Development of Computational Rules: Create, test and refine rules in Python (symbolic rule-based approach) for the automated tagging of grammatical, syntactic and structural deviations in texts.
AI Model Evaluation: Perform error analysis of LLMs, evaluate the performance of predictive text-analysis models, and propose continuous improvements.
Data Analysis: Use advanced spreadsheets to consolidate correction data, map error patterns, and generate model performance reports.
Correction and Review: Grade essays and review existing corrections following official exam-board guidelines.
Content Creation: Develop original essay proposals and topics aligned with current exam trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Languages, Linguistics or a related field.
Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the curricula and reference matrices of Brazil's main entrance exams (ENEM, FUVEST, VUNESP, UNICAMP, PAS, among others).
Solid understanding of the structure of different textual genres (dissertative-argumentative/argumentative essay, chronicle, letter, etc.).
Proven experience in grading essays according to the standards of official exam boards.
Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python.
Familiarity with a symbolic rule-based approach to text processing.
Understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) operate.
Knowledge of version control using Git/GitHub.
Advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, dynamic arrays, pivot tables, etc.) for data analysis and metrics.
