About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and produce video lessons for online/distance learning courses
Write scripts, review and adapt content for teleprompter delivery
Oversee and/or conduct studio recordings, ensuring clear fluency and natural delivery
Prepare image and visual content briefs in collaboration with the design team
Ensure the final quality of video lessons and course visual elements
Coordinate and maintain regular communication with stakeholders and partner teams
Manage deadlines and ensure adherence to established schedules
Use Microsoft Office tools for developing and organizing content

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Mid-level Instructional Designer, with a portfolio of developed courses
Experience scripting video lessons
Experience preparing image briefs (including interactive assets)
Experience or comfort with recording video lessons (teleprompter use, clear diction, natural delivery)
Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Communication, Editorial Production, Educational Technology, or related fields
Residency in São Paulo or the greater metropolitan area
Availability for hybrid work and occasional travel
