Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer service, aiming to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Manage customer relationships, developing strategies to increase loyalty and satisfaction
Analyze customer service and relationship data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships
Use Excel skills for data analysis and report creation
Communicate clearly and objectively with customers and internal teams
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals
Demonstrate resilience under pressure and when facing challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Specialization courses in Customer Relationship Management
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Previous experience in customer service and/or customer relationship management
Familiarity with CRM tools
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report creation
