About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop intuitive and attractive interface designs for digital products, ensuring an excellent user experience (UX).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies to deliver creative and effective solutions.
Use Figma and AI-powered tools to create prototypes aligned with product needs.
Actively participate in the product design process, contributing innovative ideas and continuous improvements.
Communicate clearly and efficiently with stakeholders to align expectations and project goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and/or graduate degree in Design or related fields.
Specialized courses in UI/UX Design and knowledge of agile methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and interface design tools.
English for communication and technical reading.
Behavioral competencies such as effective communication, collaboration, adaptability, resilience, and creativity.
