About the role

  • Develop and produce video lessons for distance-learning (EAD) courses
  • Write scripts, review, and adapt content for teleprompter delivery
  • Supervise and/or conduct studio recordings, ensuring fluent and natural on-camera communication
  • Prepare briefs for images and visual content in partnership with the design team
  • Ensure the final quality of video lessons and course visual elements
  • Maintain regular interaction with stakeholders and partner teams
  • Manage deadlines and ensure adherence to established schedules
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to develop and organize content

Requirements

  • Experience as a mid-level Instructional Designer, with a portfolio of developed courses
  • Experience scripting video lessons
  • Experience creating briefs for images, including interactive assets
  • Experience or ease with recording video lessons (teleprompter use, clear diction, and natural delivery)
  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Communication, Editorial Production, Educational Technology, or related fields
  • Residence in São Paulo or the metropolitan area
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model and for occasional travel
