About the role

  • Perform registration and updating of information for schools, products and contracts in the company’s internal systems.
  • Validate data received from commercial and operational areas, ensuring consistency and compliance of registered information.
  • Identify inconsistencies in registrations, materials and contractual structures, directing adjustments when necessary.
  • Support contract formalization processes, ensuring information is correct before finalization.
  • Monitor operational requests related to registration, contractual adjustments and system records.
  • Record and update information in internal tools and CRM, maintaining activity history and traceability.
  • Support the organization of documents and operational controls for the area.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve registration inconsistencies.

Requirements

  • Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Management, Business Processes or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience with administrative, operational routines or registering information in systems.
  • Experience with CRM tools or management systems is a plus.
  • Analytical skills for data validation and identifying inconsistencies.
  • Organized and detail-oriented for execution of operational activities.
  • Good written communication for interaction with internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize demands and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
