About the role

  • Develop and review items/questions for educational assessments for Basic Education following the INEP model.
  • Evaluate Portuguese Language items and other language areas, ensuring quality and adherence to technical criteria.
  • Manage the editorial production process for learning assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, adapting to change and maintaining clear, objective communication.

Requirements

  • Degree in Portuguese Language.
  • Experience in item development and review.
  • Knowledge of assessment frameworks/matrices such as ENEM and SAEB.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Behavioral competencies such as teamwork, organization, flexibility, resilience, and proactivity.
