About the role
- Act as a knowledge mediator by guiding and engaging students.
- Address academic and conceptual questions.
- Provide guidance on assignments, deadlines, and use of the platform.
- Support reading and interpretation of marketing metrics and frameworks.
- Participate in forums, messaging, and synchronous/asynchronous support.
- Take part in pedagogical training and alignment sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
- Clear, didactic communication skills, empathy, and strong organizational skills.
- Postgraduate degree in the field (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching or educational experience in distance learning (EAD).
