About the role
- Lead the UX/UI strategy across the company’s digital products.
- Design user-centered experiences based on research, data, and best practices.
- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Oversee design quality across all stages: research, wireframes, prototypes, UI, and developer handoff.
- Mentor and guide UX/UI designers when applicable.
- Promote user research, usability testing, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure visual and interaction consistency across platforms (web and/or mobile).
Requirements
- Proven experience leading UX/UI projects or teams.
- Strong background in digital product design (web or mobile).
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Experience working with design systems.
- Familiarity with product design methodologies, design thinking, and agile processes.
- Strong communication skills to present design decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes.
- Nice to Have: Experience in UX research and user testing.
- Background working with product teams or startups.
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.
- Experience building or scaling design teams.
