About the role

  • Lead the technical direction and execution of high-impact frontend initiatives
  • Define frontend architecture and drive modernization efforts
  • Ensure high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability
  • Act as the technical reference point for frontend decisions
  • Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Backend, and Stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development
  • 3+ years in technical leadership roles
  • Strong frontend expertise using React and/or Angular
  • University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Ability to design scalable frontend architectures
  • Experience enforcing testing strategies, code reviews, CI integration
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and plan frontend refactors
  • Experience guiding frontend engineers and conducting technical reviews
  • Hands-on experience evolving legacy frontend codebases
  • Solid knowledge of backend concepts, APIs, and system interactions
  • Backend experience with PHP, Node.js, or NestJS
  • English level B2 or higher
