About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for DreamDEX
- Craft a differentiation story grounded in real product strengths
- Simplify technical product narratives for professional traders
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new launches
- Build launch playbooks consolidating learnings across channels
- Partner with Product to shape the roadmap based on user insights
- Be the expert on onchain derivatives and emerging platforms
- Turn intelligence into positioning and product recommendations
- Scale the DreamDEX distribution engine through various tactics
- Support BD team with key assets to win market makers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years in product marketing or a closely related role
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Web3 or a consumer fintech/trading product
- Experience with retail trading products or exchanges
- Proven ability to own positioning and messaging for a product or protocol
- Track record of leading product launches end to end
- Strong grasp of crypto-native culture and communities
- Highly analytical, comfortable defining and tracking growth, retention, and adoption metrics
- Excellent writing skills to simplify complex technical concepts
- Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment
