About the role

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Execute full-funnel paid media strategies, including acquisition and remarketing.
  • Configure and manage conversion tracking, events, and analytics.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Run and evaluate A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns toward clear KPIs.
  • English level C1 (90%) required for professional communication with U.S. stakeholders.
