About the role
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Execute full-funnel paid media strategies, including acquisition and remarketing.
- Configure and manage conversion tracking, events, and analytics.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Run and evaluate A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns toward clear KPIs.
- English level C1 (90%) required for professional communication with U.S. stakeholders.
