About the role
- Market bench consultants available across all 50 U.S. states
- Identify contract opportunities through job boards, vendors and client networks
- Manage pipelines, submit profiles and perform consistent follow-ups
- Drive rapid conversion from bench to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with U.S. staffing vendors and Tier 1 agencies
- Track submissions, interviews, placements and produce weekly reports
- Optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles
- Prepare consultants for interviews and client presentations
- Meet 30-, 60- and 90-day placement milestones
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of Bench sales experience in IT within the U.S.
- Proven success placing consultants into contract roles
- Established network with Tier 1 vendors (TEKsystems, Apex, Insight Global, Randstad, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized, proactive and KPI-driven
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, Excel, tracking tools and email sourcing/search tools
