About the role

  • Market bench consultants available across all 50 U.S. states
  • Identify contract opportunities through job boards, vendors and client networks
  • Manage pipelines, submit profiles and perform consistent follow-ups
  • Drive rapid conversion from bench to placement
  • Build and maintain relationships with U.S. staffing vendors and Tier 1 agencies
  • Track submissions, interviews, placements and produce weekly reports
  • Optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles
  • Prepare consultants for interviews and client presentations
  • Meet 30-, 60- and 90-day placement milestones

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of Bench sales experience in IT within the U.S.
  • Proven success placing consultants into contract roles
  • Established network with Tier 1 vendors (TEKsystems, Apex, Insight Global, Randstad, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, proactive and KPI-driven
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, Excel, tracking tools and email sourcing/search tools
