About the role

  • Mass tort inventory management and high-volume data entry.
  • Maintain, update, and audit inventory reports with extreme accuracy.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on missing or outstanding data.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with partner firms.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal leadership and partner firms.
  • Handling inbound reception calls when necessary.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in data entry and client services is essential.
  • B2+ or C1 English Level is a must
  • Advanced Excel skills required (formulas, pivot tables, filters, data cleanup, reporting) with a strong ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Specialist in the same company!
