About the role
- Manage inbound leads and close sales.
- Conduct scheduled calls with parents/guardians to present programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor during calls, building confidence and trust.
- Follow up and secure commitments during or after calls.
- Participate in team stand-up meetings (3 times per week, 30 min).
- Submit daily activity and results reports.
- Respond promptly to Slack messages and check appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Excellent English is indispensable (spoken & written).
- 1–3 years of experience closing high-ticket sales (flexible with 1 year if highly skilled).
- Proven success managing inbound leads and closing deals.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and children; sports/soccer background is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and consistently hit performance targets.
- Studies Baccalaureate / Middle Education
- Languages English - Advanced
