About the role
- Provide expert-level technical writing, editorial support, and project lifecycle management.
- Draft, edit, and review publications including TTPs, Annual Safety Report, newsletters.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accessibility, and compliance standards.
- Conduct initial research and analysis for guidance documents and communications.
- Track timelines, organize documentation, and maintain policy alignment.
- Perform quality assurance checks and facilitate meetings and workgroups.
- Manage libraries and resources.
- Assist in technical editing of training-related materials and produce promotional products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing and editing for complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of compliance, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work with technical experts and stakeholders.
